EVIDENCE GLOSSARY

Each ingredient in X-Fuel Advanced is selected on transparent, dose-led criteria. This glossary explains what each compound is, the dose used per sachet, and why it earns a place in the formula.

X-Fuel Advanced contains 5,000 mg of Creatine Monohydrate per sachet. Creatine is one of the most extensively studied performance compounds in human nutrition, supported by decades of peer-reviewed research into strength output, lean muscle, and cognitive function. We use the standard monohydrate form because it has the deepest evidence base and the highest bioavailability.

Beta-Alanine is dosed at 800 mg per sachet. Beta-alanine is a precursor to carnosine and is studied for its role in buffering acid build-up during high-intensity exertion, which is why it is commonly featured in pre-workout formulations aimed at muscular endurance.

CDP-Choline (Citicoline) is included at 250 mg per sachet. CDP-choline is a clinically researched nootropic precursor that supports brain energy metabolism and the synthesis of acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter linked to focus and attention.

L-Theanine appears at 150 mg per sachet. L-Theanine is an amino acid found naturally in green tea leaves and is well-studied for its calming effect on the central nervous system. It pairs synergistically with caffeine to deliver focused alertness without jitters.

Standardised Green Tea Extract (Camellia sinensis leaf) is dosed at 375 mg per sachet, providing polyphenol antioxidants including EGCG plus a moderate amount of naturally-occurring caffeine. We do not add synthetic caffeine.

The Electrolyte Matrix delivers 450 mg Sodium, 300 mg Potassium, and 100 mg Magnesium per sachet — the three primary electrolytes lost through sweat and required for fluid balance, nerve signalling, and muscle contraction.

Every dose listed above is printed on the sachet. There are no proprietary blends and no hidden fillers. Every batch is manufactured in the United Kingdom in a GMP and BRCGS certified facility, with full Certificate of Analysis available on request.
