EVIDENCE GLOSSARY

Each ingredient in X-Fuel Advanced is listed with the dose used per sachet. Four of the sixteen carry authorised health claims, quoted in full below. The rest are listed as name and dose, because saying more about them would not be permitted.

Creatine Monohydrate — 5,000 mg per sachet. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine, for adults performing high-intensity exercise. We use the standard monohydrate form.

Beta-Alanine — 800 mg per sachet.

CDP-Choline (Citicoline) — 250 mg per sachet.

L-Theanine — 150 mg per sachet. It is an amino acid found naturally in green tea leaves.

Standardised Green Tea Extract (Camellia sinensis leaf) — 375 mg per sachet. The caffeine in X-Fuel occurs naturally in this extract; we do not add synthetic caffeine.

Sodium — 450 mg per sachet. Potassium — 300 mg. Magnesium — 100 mg: magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal muscle function, and to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Zinc — 10 mg: zinc contributes to normal cognitive function, to the normal function of the immune system, and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin C — 160 mg: vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Every dose listed above is printed on the sachet. Nothing is hidden inside a blend, and there are no hidden fillers. Every batch is manufactured in the United Kingdom in a GMP and BRCGS certified facility, with full Certificate of Analysis available on request.
