KBX does not collect customer reviews, and there are no star ratings anywhere on this site. Not hidden, not coming soon — we simply have not built it. We also do not send rating data to Google or anyone else; if you search for us and see stars against our name, they did not come from us.
What we publish instead: the journal carries first-person accounts from named people training through the season, including the parts that did not go well. They are accounts of what happened, not endorsements, and we do not present them as reviews or average them into a score. Where anyone whose words appear on this site has a relationship with us — free product, sponsorship, payment, or anything else of value — that is stated on the piece itself.
From the day we publish the first review, these rules apply: only verified purchasers can review; nobody is rewarded for reviewing, or rewarded more for a positive one; we do not write, commission or buy reviews; negative reviews are not deleted for being negative; nothing is reordered or filtered to bury criticism; any average shown is the real average of every published review.
If you ever see something published under our name that looks fake, incentivised or misattributed — including on a third-party site — send it to info@kbxnutrition.com and we will look into it and tell you what we found.
